Let me add to the post below that I did indeed call the phone number on the caller i.d.
It was some orthopedic clinic and they knew absolutely nothing of my plight.
So, I wondered and waited all day until this "very important person" finally called me back. It turned out it was the hospital calling to pre-register me for my mammogram. Which took place yesterday. Which was an experience that deserves a post all to itself.
