a few of my favorite pics.....

....from our recent vacation to paradise.

(par.a.dise, n. 1. Any place on the planet warmer than the current Utah temperature of 19 degrees f., and does not require bundling 5 layers on each child before they can go out. 2. Any place on the planet where an inversion doesn't block every single speck of the sky to the point where you forget what sky looks like, for weeks, perhaps months, on end. 3. Any place on the planet that has a PinkBerry Yogurt shop. 4. Any place on the planet that claims to be "The Happiest Place on Earth".)

(I promise this is not photo-shopped! The sky was actually this color for about 3 minutes.)

(Again, no photoshop. Promise!)

Wow! I loved your pictures! You are getting good! I like the one with the four kids looking up! Adam looks adorable in that one. Did you do something fun to it in photoshop? The coloring looks nice!

Great photos! Don't those people at Pink Berry know how to make it look so good? I want to go back.

I discovered a frozen yogurt place up near campus that is almost exactly the same as pinkberry. The frozen yogurt comes in different flavors and it isn't as tart, but they have the same setup and everything. Also, they sell crepes. :)

By the way, those pictures you took are beautiful. Love the colors! I can never get lighting to work that well for me.

Ok, whatever you are doing in photoshop, minus the two pix that you said weren't photoshopped, is working for you! Your pictures are amazing--what a fun time!

Yes Becky, we were in long sleeves a lot of the time because that's all we took with us!! It's really difficult to imagine warm weather when you are in freezing, snowy temperatures so when we packed we were totally in the cold weather mode, not believing that it truly would be in the 80's when we got there. That was unfathomable to think of warmth like that in January! We even took our winter coats with us thinking we'd have to wear them at Disneyland. Ha!! Needless to say they never got used. We walked around most of the time with our long sleeves pushed up our arms as far as they'd go :o)

Nice Maryanne! Didn't Brooke go?

I know it appears that I just didn't want to take pics of Brooke on our vacation but NOT TRUE!! She, unfortunately, was not with us.....she couldn't miss school so she totally missed out on the fun! Of course, we tell her that we really had quite a boring time and that she really didn't miss anything and that she was better off staying home in the cold, snowy, inverted weather!! For some reason, she doesn't believe us.

I love to look at your pictures. And i've never heard of Pink Berry, but I hope it's better than Red Mango which tastes more like frozen sour cream than anything else.
